I love this blush! Senna Double Dose Blush combines the perfect colors to create a healthy, natural looking glow. I wear the duo in Sunshine, which is a combo of shimmering golden peach and a vibrant peach blush. The lighter color of the two I use closer to the top of my cheek bones, sort of like a highlighter, and the more pink color on the apples of my cheeks.

I like to toss this is in my purse and use it to touch up during the day. The powder is silky, not crumbly, and in a rush, I use my finger to apply the the lighter color as a highlighter.

Create Jamie Lynn Sigler's Look

At the Jonathan Adler for 7 for All Mankind launch event in NYC, Jamie Lynn Sigler rocked the red carpet with a playful hairstyle to go with her casual jeans and tank top look. Cutler/Redken stylist EJ Hausman created this look and is sharing her tips on how to achieve this style at home:

Prep with Cutler Protective Treatment Spray on damp hair to protect from heat styling. Spray Cutler Volumizing Spray on hair concentrating on the roots to mid-length.
Blow dry hair upside down till about 80% dry, then take big sections of hair and smooth out ends using a medium-round brush.
Once completely dry, spray Redken Workforce 09 throughout hair. This will hold the look and keep the humidity out to prevent hair from frizzing.
Using a 1 1/4 inch curling iron, wrap random sections around the barrel - forward and back.
Set the look in place with Redken Workforce 09.

Grandma Lalama

My interest in all things beauty is genetic. I get it from my mom, who got it from my grandma. I don't think my grandma ever missed a night of Eb5 face cream, and it payed off, because her skin was flawless at the age of 84. This week the world lost a wonderfully beautiful woman, my grandmother, Maria Lalama.

I've always known this, but learned even more over the past week, how many lives my grandmother has touched. From her hospitality to her caring heart, she touched an unreal amount of people. Generation after generation of families have stories about how my grandmother and grandfather helped them and showed them hospitality when they arrived here from Italy.

Traveling to the US from Pacentro, Italy when she was a young girl wasn't an easy journey, but I think it's one of the many experiences that made my grandma who she was. I thank her for carrying on Italian traditions here, with our family, and it makes me so proud of my Italian heritage. Ever since I can remember, every Sunday was spent at my grandma's house, eating spaghetti and meatballs with my entire family. Sundays were fun days, always filled with laughing and catching up with everyone.

I am blessed to have a very close family, and even though we have just lost the person it revolved around, I promise to help carry on the Italian traditions...starting with staying close with my family, because they helped make me who I am today.

My grandmother was beautiful (inside and out), strong, giving and loving. She will be missed by so many, but we are all blessed to have had her in our lives for 84 years. Ciao grandma...I love you!
