IT Cosmetics Hello Beautiful Kit on QVC

I've had a chance to play with some of the items in this kit and I've been truly impressed. My favorite so far is the Vitality Flush Color Stain Stick in Je Ne Sais Quoi (which means 'I do not know what' in French according to Google). This cheek and lip stain is awesome. Don't be fooled by the light color of the stain stick, it darkens once you apply it! My advice: apply a little to your finger than blot on to the apples of your cheeks. Start with a little at first because after a few seconds the color will darken into a rosy pink.

Lorac TANtalizer Body Bronzer

I'm glad to be back in the D (that's Detroit :). I spent 3 days in Florida this week for work. It was a nice change to be able to wear dresses without tights! But the problem with that is that my legs were looking like Snow White's.

I was running low on time and didn't have enough time to use a self tanner, so I grabbed a sample of Lorac Body TANtilizer I received from Sephora and called it a day. The sample package described it as a 'body makeup' and not a permanent stain like self tanner. I thought I'd check it out as a quick fix!

I put it on Tuesday morning before my client meeting and I was instantly sun-kissed! It smelled great, not like a regular self tanner smell, and went on evenly. I was really impressed with the way it looked. It washed off easily the next morning in the shower. I did get a little on my work bag from carrying it against my arm, but it came off easily with a damp cloth. I would not suggest wearing it with a white dress, pants or top. Please keep in mind, that this does not contain sunscreen!

I'm planning on buying a full size one for my trip to Florida next week, which is an actual vacation!

Summer is officially over, but don't lose the glow! I've been using Cargo Cosmetics Multi-Mix Bronzer to keep a bronzed look this fall.

The Multi-Mix Bronzer is in liquid form and is meant to be mixed with foundation, primer or tinted moisturizer to customize the extent of your bronze glow. I like to mix it with just my regular morning moisturizer, turning my moisturizer into a tinted moisturizer. I literally only use one or two drops because a little goes a long way, especially when mixing.

St. Tropez Bronzing Rocks

I am so pale! I can't stand not seeing the sun. Mid 60s in Vegas was a treat! At least there was sun...

I am constantly using bronzing and self tanner lotion and powder to brighten up my complexion. I don't like to use too much self tanner on my face (sensitive skin), so I usually opt for powder. One of my recent favorites is St. Tropez's bronzing rocks. The Bronzing Rocks give me the perfect amount of color to look like I've spent some time on the beach. It's a natural suntan look. When I apply it in the morning it lasts throughout most of the day at work.

You can also use this on your decolletage, eye shadow, or lips with a clear gloss. The price point is at $40, but these will last a long, long time. We're talking, months. I've been using them for about 2 months now and they still look untouched.

I recently was able to test out some of Jelly Pong Pong's products. Great packaging, colors, scent and more. As you could guess from their name, it's an extremely fun line of products!

OMNIBRONZE
The Omnibronze is a universal bronzer that compliments all skin tones. It contains no shimmer, which helps to make the bronze look more real. It's silky in texture and goes on smooth with a matte finish. I usually wear a tinted moisturizer and bronzer every day, so I'm always excited to try a new bronzer. The Omnibronze looked so natural, and didn't look orange upon application. Aside from it being an awesome bronzer, the packaging is genius. It comes in a congac colored compact, with a small brush included. The compact comes in a faux leather pouch, which I refuse to do without!

LO LI POP
This isn't just a tinted a gloss, it has solid color to it. I tried Lo Li Pop in Cherry Surprise and loved it. Not only does it smell delicious, but it lasts long and has the perfect amount of shimmer in it. Lo Li Pop is available in 6 shades: Strawberry Slush, Cherry Surprise, Raspberry Parfait, Butterscotch Fudge, Grape Sherbet, Rum Raisin.

SUPERMODEL STAIN
The Supermodel Stain is a deeply pigmented cream color for lips and cheeks. It contains castor seed oil & beeswax which helps it to go on smoothly. It comes in a sexy hot pink compact with a mirror for convenience. The Supermodel Stain comes in No Cupcake, Cupcake Pout, Slenderella, Nymphette and Giggle & Pout.

LIP CUSHION
I tried Lip Cushion in 'Crush' and fell in love with the taste and smell of this gloss! Crush has a raspberry colored tint and taste to it. The gloss is a bit sticky, so I have been applying it with my contractible lip brush. Lip Cushion is made with evening primrose oil, beeswax & aloe vera which helps to heal lips and improve suppleness. Added bonus: The box this comes in is adorable. It has a pop up butterfly on top and I'm tempted to keep it for decor!

FAIRY LASHES
This is Jelly Pong Pong's first ever mascara. Fairy Lashes is water-resistant, and makes lashes appear thicker and curvier, and is light in texture. I would say this mascara is comparable to Benefit Bad Gal. It gave my lashes the same length and fullness as Bad Gal does. It's formulated with cotton seed extract which contains oligosaccharides which restructures eyelashes while rendering them flexible and hydrated.
